General Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” and “the Rental Company” refer to My Holiday Home In Dénia. “You” and “the renter” refer to the person or entity using our services and our website.

2. Reservations and Bookings
2.1. You can make reservations through our website, by email, by phone/WhatsApp, or in person.
2.2. A reservation is confirmed after we have received the required deposit or payment, as set out in the payment terms on our website.
2.3. The minimum age for reservations and bookings is 25 years.
2.4 The minimum stay in the apartment is 11 days, the maximum 60 days.

3. Payments
3.1. We accept payments via the payment methods indicated on our website.
3.2. The full rental price and any additional charges must be paid in full before the start of the rental period.

4. Cancellations and Changes
4.1. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email.
4.2. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– Cancellation more than 30 days before the rental period: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
– Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental period: no deposit will be refunded.

5. Tenant Responsibilities
5.1. You must comply with the accommodation's house rules and leave it in good condition upon departure. 5.2. You are liable for damage to the accommodation or its contents resulting from negligence or intentional acts.
5.3. You must use the facilities with care and comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Liability
6.1. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of your belongings during your stay.
6.2. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by external factors, such as construction work in the surrounding area.

7. Disputes
7.1. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
7.2. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the Rental Company is located.

8. Applicable Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
